David graduated from the University of New South Wales with a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering in 1987. He worked in Singapore and Malaysia for a while before migrating to Australia in 2005.<\/span><\/p>\n

He left his career as a product manager of an IT company in Australia and went for full time study at Sydney Missionary Bible College in 2011. He graduated from SMBC in 2014 with Bachelor of Theology and begin serving at Carlton Methodist Church (Parramatta Preaching Point). David remained as their pastor when Parramatta Preaching Point was constituted as Redeemer Methodist Church in 2017 until 2022.\u00a0 He joins Carlton Methodist Church in 2023 as their minister-in-charge.<\/span><\/p>\n

David is married to Hung King Tiong and they have four grown up children: Alan, Calvin, Samuel and Jason. He is passionate about mission and has been to Cambodia, Taiwan, PNG, Solomon Island, South Africa, Zambia, Nepal and India for short term mission. He is currently the Chairperson of the Board of Mission, Chinese Methodist Church in Australia.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u9a6c\u6708\u7684\u5174\u8da3\u7231\u597d\u662f\u5305\u62ec\u76f4\u6392\u8f6e\u6ed1\u3001\u8db3\u7403\u3001\u7bee\u7403\u5728\u5185\u7684\u5404\u79cd\u4f53\u80b2\u8fd0\u52a8\uff0c\u4e5f\u559c\u6b22\u54c1\u5c1d\u7f8e\u98df\u3002<\/p>\n

Yue Ma is from Beijing, China, and immigrated to Australia in 2008, where He has lived in Sydney southern suburb ever since. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Physics and speaks Mandarin, Japanese, and English. He married in 2011. In 2022, he was called by God and began a full-time study of Master degree of Divinity at Chinese Theological College Australia, which he completed at the end of 2025. In 2026, he was appointed to serve at Carlton Methodist Church as pastor of Chinese Methodist Church in Australia.<\/p>\n

Ma Yue’s hobbies include various sports, including inline skating, soccer, basketball etc. He also enjoys good food.<\/p>\n
